Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data ADGICX services (adgicx.com, its subdomains, mobile apps and desktop programs) collect, why, who receives it and how it is protected. The data controller is the Limited Liability Partnership “ADGICX.com” (ТОО «ADGICX.com», ADGICX.com LLP), BIN 260840029603, 1A Zhandosov Street, Nauryzbay District, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. Processing is carried out under Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Its Protection”.

1. What data, why, and on what basis

Account data — email address, name (from the Google profile when signing in with Google), Platform user number (Crystal ID). Purpose: sign-in, identification, account security, contacting the User. Basis: performance of the contract and the User's consent.
Subscription and payment data — which Subscriptions are active, amount, date and status of payments. We never receive full card details. Purpose: tracking payments and access. Basis: performance of the contract and legal accounting obligations.
Call — who called whom, time and duration. We do not listen to or store call content: audio travels between participants encrypted. Purpose: connecting calls and sending email invitations. Basis: performance of the contract.
Guardian Angel — the video stream from the camera the User connects; short motion clips and text descriptions of events. Video is processed in the cloud to detect movement and write descriptions. Clips and descriptions are kept for the User to review and deleted on request. Purpose: providing the Service. Basis: performance of the contract and the User's consent.
Digital Coworking — the User's prompts to language models and the answers. Prompts to other companies' models are sent to those companies under the User's key and processed under their own policies. Purpose: providing the Service. Basis: performance of the contract.
Anomaly Detector — device operating metrics (CPU, memory, disk and network load, list of running programs). Most processing happens on the User's own device. When cloud modules are enabled and when the Key is checked, some metrics and Key information are sent to our server. Purpose: providing the Service and validating the Key. Basis: performance of the contract.
Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, connection data. Purpose: operation and security of the Platform, abuse prevention. Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the Platform secure.

2. Who receives the data

Paddle.com Market Limited — our online reseller and Merchant of Record: receives the data needed for orders, payment, taxes and refunds and processes it under its own privacy notice.
Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Halyk ePay) — for payments from Kazakhstan.
Cloud infrastructure providers (Google Cloud) — data storage, running the services, AI processing of video and text.
Language model creators — in Digital Coworking, when the User chooses their model and uses their own key.
Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) — where necessary and under confidentiality.
Public authorities — only where the law expressly requires it.

We do not sell personal data.

3. Transfers outside Kazakhstan

The servers running the Platform are located, among other places, in the United States and the European Union (Google Cloud). By using the Platform the User agrees to this cross-border transfer. We choose providers that protect data at least to the level required by law.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while the Account exists. Guardian Angel clips are kept until the User deletes them or deletes the Account. Payment records are kept for the periods required by Kazakhstan accounting and tax law. Technical logs are kept no longer than needed for Platform security.

5. Security

We use organisational and technical measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted call audio, restricted access to data, and card data held only by payment operators.

6. Your rights

You may find out what data about you is processed, receive a copy, have it corrected, blocked or deleted, withdraw consent, and complain to the authorised personal data protection body. Send requests to zhomart@adgicx.com; we reply within 10 business days. Withdrawing consent may make it impossible to provide the Services.

7. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses the adgicx_lang cookie to remember your language and browser storage (localStorage) to keep your sign-in pass so you do not have to sign in on every page. The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

8. Age

The Platform is intended for legally capable persons. Persons under 18 may use it only with the consent of their legal guardians.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the new version is published on adgicx.com with its date.
